 The pool area was very relaxing with little noise, the bar restaurant service was good and the food very good. Staff were polite and helpful at all times.  The room decor was a little bit dated but everything worked and was clean. Some slight noise from the bar but only until midnight very quiet the rest of the time.  Not muh happening lose to the hotel but the marina beah was a pleasant 30 40 minute walk away or 5 10 minute taxi ride. Plenty of good plaes to eat around the marina bur we found the best resaurants to be just behind it.

 Although adequate for my stay - this hotel needs serious refurbishment. It is rated as 3 star - perhaps 2 star would be more fair. The staff were great and friendly, as were the maids who came to clean every day - although I wish they would call in the afternoon!As I say I would stay here again - if it receives refurbishment

 Room basic but partly refurbished and clean.New furnishings would make a big difference.

Built in 1980 and renovated in 2003, this apartment complex has a 7,000 m² garden. Spread over 3 buildings each with 5 floors, the complex offers a total of 190 apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and lifts. In addition, there is a small supermarket, a bar and a restaurant. Furthermore, guests are offered Internet access, a laundry service, parking facilities and bicycle hire.
