Hotel description

Opened in 2004, this luxury spa hotel is situated amidst 5,000 m² of subtropical gardens and comprises 4 floors with 193 rooms, of which 11 are suites. It is air-conditioned and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lift, a safe and a currency exchange facility. Four air-conditioned restaurants with highchairs for infants, a kiosk, a hairdressing table, a games room, a TV room, a conference room and a public Internet terminal (WLAN) are all available. Room, laundry and medical services round off the facilities on offer. Guests are also offered use of a car park and garage facilities.

Emplacement

The beach is only 200 metres away from this luxury hotel. Situated on the cliff of Ponta de Cruz somewhat outside Funchal, the hotel affords wonderful views. The town centre is 3 km away. Links to the public transport network lie just 50 m away, whilst restaurants and shops may be found within 100 m of the hotel. The airport is approximately a 35-minute drive away.
