 Well placed for metro from and to airport. Rundown area but felt very safe and was very quiet day and night. Only a short walk downhill to main shopping street and handy foe all sights thereafter. Staff very helpful when we arrived at 9am and room not vacated took bags and stored for our return. Breakfast hot and cold and plentiful. Did not use pool for which an extra charge but sure worth it if there longer. Hotel runs courtesy but to Cortes des Ingles for a bit of retail therapy!! Great value for money as room very nice though bathroom a little dated and could do with a bit of an upgrade but not that bad that I would not use it again.

There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, lifts and safes. There are also room and laundry services, medical assistance and a car park on offer.
