Renovated in 2006, this 21-storey city hotel offers guests a choice of 663 rooms and suites, world-class conference and recreational facilities and superb restaurants. Further facilities on offer include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Guests may also make use of the on site hairdresser, restaurants and public Internet access. The hotel's business centre provides services such as conference arrangements, translations, courier services, library facilities and laptop computers. Audio-visual equipment is also available on request. Room service is available for a small additional fee and there is parking provided for those arriving by car.

The 663 rooms and suites are located on 2 wings: the Terrace Wing and the Grand Wing. The Terrace Wing Grand Rooms feature light-coloured timber interiors. Amenities for business travellers include a functional extended workstation, high-speed cable and wireless broadband networks and safes designed to accommodate notebook PCs and other business communication devices. Once stored, notebooks can additionally be recharged. Other amenities include a 37-inch LCD television with personal audio/video connection, including a DVD/CD/VCD player, an in room iron/ironing board, a hair dryer, a mini bar and individually adjustable air conditioning. The Grand Wing Grand Deluxe Rooms offer separate bedroom and living areas, with flat screen digital Bang & Olufsen TV and a high-tech workstation with a cordless desk telephone, built-in, high-speed, broadband Internet access as well as 24-hour power outlet provision that will allow the user to store and charge their laptop at the same time. Each room comes with an en suite bathroom, as well as a radio and tea and coffee-making facilities. A king-size bed also comes as standard in all rooms.
