Recently opened in 2006, the hotel is part of Singapore's largest tourist class budget hotel chain. Though this no-frills hotel has no swimming pool, gym or restaurant, there are a number of restaurants and cafes just a few paces from the establishment. Facilities and services on offer include safes at the front desk, a laundry service (charges apply) and this air-conditioned hotel's front desk also sells telephone cards for international direct dialling which may be used in the rooms for overseas calls and provides a 24-hour reception service. There are also 2 lifts available as well as Internet access (for an additional fee).

All rooms have individually adjustable air conditioning, a small bathroom with a hot shower, a TV (mounted on the wall), a telephone, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board are available on request. Though the rooms are small, they are clean and elegantly furnished - with the option of either one queen-size bed or two single beds (no extra bed allowed). Some rooms do not have windows. Disability-friendly and non-smoking accommodation is available to be booked.
