 Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con not working but fixed straight away. Likewise extra pillows were provided immediately. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel. The position is excellent.  Plenty of restaurants and afes lose by and the marina, beah and esplanade are only a few minutes away. It was easy to find the loal attrations suh as the astle.

 always friendly and helpful staff. great hotel!  beah is 5 mins walk. shopping: either town entre - 10mins or a shopping entre alled plaza mar2 - 15mins walk. loads of bar+restaurants in el barrio.

 Great location - 5 mins stroll to beach, but on doorstep of the rest of the city for tapas restaurants and bars  Slightly noisy (we were on level 2) but we only noticed the noise on Thursday night (we left on Friday) avoid lower level rooms on a weekend although the higher level rooms are smoking rooms so your choice really  We walked to the top of the nearby Castle, spent a ouple of afternoons on the beah...we got the tram to Benidorm whih was a good laugh...took about an hour and ost 5.90 euros eah. Main shopping distrit is only a few minutes away.

The hotel was built in 1930 and renovated in the year 2000. It offers a total of 50 rooms on 6 floors of which 1 is a single room and 49 are double rooms. The pleasant foyer area contains a 24-hour reception, lifts as well as a safe, a café and a TV room. There is a conference room and a public Internet terminal as well as room service and medical assistance.
