Built in 2007, this recently opened city hotel has modern and functional facilities that will satisfy even the most demanding guests. Its 68 rooms offer bright and harmonious accommodation. Guests are welcomed into a reception hall with 24-hour check-in and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, a café, an excellent restaurant, a private garage, an executive floor, modular meeting rooms and complimentary wifi Internet access throughout the hotel. The hotel also provides a hotel safe, lift access, a night club and a car park. Room and laundry services are on offer as well.

This location is an ideal starting point for excursions to Asturia's 3 most important cities. The hotel is a mere 5 minutes by car from the centre of Gijón and 15 minutes by motorway from Oviedo and Avilés, an ideal location for those who want to discover a lush region of unrivalled natural beauty. There are beautiful beaches within a few minutes by car, such as San Lorenzo beach (about 3 km away). The hotel also enjoys convenient connections with the FIDMA fair grounds and the Cantábrico motorway. Links to the public transport network can be found just a 5-minute walk away. Asturias Airport is approximately 36 km from the hotel (a 25-minute drive).

Arriving via AS-I: Take exit AS18 to enter Gijón. Then take exit 389 for Porceyo. Take a left, and within 200 m, the hotel will be visible on the right-hand side (SALIDA CENTRO COMERCIAL). Arriving via AS-II: Before arriving in Gijón (the hotel will be visible on the left), take the exit for Centro Comercial, Polígono Industrial Porceyo-Roces. Arriving via A-8: Take exit 390 for Porceyo. Take a right, and within 100 m, take the SALIDA CENTRO COMERCIAL exit. The hotel will then be immediately visible.
