The street is noisey throughout the night.The room was never serviced during our stay.At £140/night this accommodation does not represent reasonable value for money.There was no tea towel.There were three small towels for the pair of us - they were not changed.No milk,tea or coffee were on hand
 

Built in 1846, this apartment complex has just been renovated, retaining, nevertheless, its period style, and was reopened on 1st October 2006. The tasteful décor and the charming surroundings of this complex guarantee guest a great stay. The hotel comprises a total of 8 apartments and a garret for 2 persons. The hotel is well-equipped with a reception desk manned around the clock, lift access and public Internet access.

  This apartment complex is located in the centre of the Gothic district, in which most of the tourist attractions are located such as Las Ramblas (around 200 m), the cathedral (around 500 m), the Picasso Museum, Santa Caterina Market and the food market La Boqueria. The harbour can easily be reached on foot, and the sandy beach Barceloneta is located around 500 m away. In addition, it is approximately 20 km from the hotel to the airport.

The nearest underground station is Jaume I on the yellow line (L4). From the underground station turn left into Calle Jaume I and continue until Calle Dagueria (around 100 m away).

All apartments are fitted with a marble bath tub/ shower, a satellite/ cable TV with a plasma screen, free of charge WLAN (laptop necessary) and 2 single beds or one double bed as well as either a balcony or a terrace. In addition, apartments comprise a fully fitted kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, a toaster and a microwave. The heating and air conditioning are individually adjustable.

Guests are required to telephone one of the following numbers 30 minutes before arrival in order to organise the collection of the keys. 0034 630322851 or 0034 902365830. Check-in is between 3 pm and 12 midnight (guest wishing to check in between 12 midnight and 8 am please contact the hotel directly, a surcharge will be applied). On arrival guests will be asked to pay a deposit which will be returned after the apartment has been checked at the end of the stay.
