very clean ,very new modern furniture, very well sound proofed,very spacious and very good value for money the airconditioning worked well An English Language TV channel would be good I don't understand the heading on this box

Apartments state they have a bath, however, ours didn't. Also, it states on the details that the rooms are sound proofed but we could hear the lifts/hairdryers/chairs being moved in the apartments above and below. It was clean and well presented though.

Opened in summer 2006, this building includes 12 apartments. It includes a lobby and a lift. In addition, guests are able to take advantage of the laundry service and are guaranteed car parking around the clock (fees apply).

These apartments enjoy a popular and central location in the Eixample quarter, halfway between the Plaza Catalunya and the Sagrada Familia. Located in the heart of Barcelona, guests are offered a rich choice of restaurants, shops, cinemas, supermarkets, petrol stations and chemists. In addition, it is close to the underground station and bus stops with connections to various places in Barcelona. Barcelona airport lies around 30 km away.

Take the metro line 2 to Encants and then line 1 to Estación de Clot. Alternatively, take the train to Estación de Clot.

The apartments provide all the comforts of home with quality facilities, the location and the designs of the 70 m² apartments are ideal for long or short stays of a private or business nature. They are all soundproofed and include a lounge/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, a complete bathroom with a bath and a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a microwave and coffee/tea maker. In addition, the rooms include a king-size bed, a TV, air conditioning (warm/ cold) and a terrace. Moreover, there are apartments available for 3 and 4 persons.
Observations
The reception is open from 8.30 a.m until 10.00pm. Guests arriving outside the reception times are able to collect their key from the Apartamentos Marina (C/Marina, 306 - 08025 - Barcelona).
