 When we arrived we were told to come back at 2pm which was fine. On returning to the hotel we were told our room was not ready and to come back in another hour as the people had not checked out (bearing in mind they should have checked out at 12). The Receptionist behind the desk, Orlando, was extremely rude to us, suggesting it was our fault!!!!! His superior returned to the desk and magically found us a room.

The hotel building was built in 1959 and renovated in the year 2000. It consists of 8 floors and 73 rooms, of which 11 are singles, 59 are doubles as well as 3 suites. The hotel's facilities incorporate a pleasant lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a TV room, a conference room and lifts. Dining options include a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant; a room and laundry service are also available for guests' use.
