 Good clean, and professional staff  No tea or coffee facilites in the bedrooms

 I was very disappointed by the facilities within the hotel. I have stayed in a number of hotels of similar rating but I do not know how the hotel recieved such a rating. Room service was a pizza take-away, the hotel bar had no alcohol in it or any staff behind it, the hotel office no food service during the day, charging for internet useage is from the dark ages let alone the cheek of charging nearly 9 euros for 45 mins and Tv's in the room which whilst my child flicked through channels showed pornagraphic images during the day lasting for a number of seconds. I would like to say that the staff were as helpful as they could possibly be given their limited resources. I would never return to the hotel, especially when the cost is on par with other 4 star htoels which offer vastly superior facilities. I would not reccond the hotel to anyone
