Services are not at international standard. When request for hot water to drink, too much question asked. Room facilities not ideal for families. Room not been ventilated with natural means, felt stuffy and lack of fresh air. Suffered allergy - running nose

Located right in the heart of Barcelona, this hotel was partially renovated in 2008. The property offers a total of 119 guestrooms spread over 7 floors. Some of the rooms have excellent views to the main street \"Ramblas\" with a designed and modern style and some are more classic. Air-conditioned establishment, including a spacious foyer with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition it offers a restaurant, room and laundry services and wi-fi surcharge.

This city hotel is conveniently situated at the end of the famous Ramblas, not far from Plaça Cataluña. It is located in the cultural, historical and tourist centre of the city and is the ideal place from which to explore Barcelona. The most important sights such as Paseo de Gracia, Museo Picasso, Museo Macba, Liceu Oper, the Boqueria market, Marina Olimpic, the Gothic quarter and Sagrada Familia cathedral may be reached easily on foot. The airport is some 13 km away, whereas guests will find shopping facilities directly in front of the hotel.

From Barcelona airport it is a 25-minute taxi ride to the hotel. The Aerobus departs for Plaça Cataluña (50 m from hotel) every 12 minutes from the airport. By car: take the motorway in a southerly direction towards the city centre and follow signs to Las Ramblas. A 15-minute ride on the metro system connects the hotel with the centre of Barcelona. The nearest metro station is Plaça Cataluña where guests will find several bus stops. Guests may also ask the hotel to book a black and yellow taxi.
