~The apartment we were given was large, newly refurbished to a good standard and near the centre of Barcelona./#/-~

Apartments were tatty (not what you would expect from pictures) and poorly maintained (light bulbs missing and main screen on lounge broken so we had limited natural light). Check in procedure difficult as we had to collect keys on the other side of the city - this was not made clear on booking we also had to send reams of bank details to get our deposit back or risk being out of pocket for £500 for up to 8wks. Worst of all apartments full of bugs we all got bitten very badly - my daughter's bites were so severe she had to be treated in the local hospital. Overall very disappointed - as a family we prefer the self-catering option but will not be staying here again.
 

The apartments are modern, comfortable, quiet and self-catering.

  Centrally located, these apartments are within walking distance of Barcelona's main attractions, such as Las Ramblas, the Palau de la Música, Mercado de la Boquería, Gaudi's Casa Batlló, the Sagrada Familia, and the Barcelona Cathedral. The Bogatell or Marina metro stations are footsteps away, so you will be easily connected to the rest of the city as well. There are also numerous bus routes and taxi stops.

From Barcelona's airport, you can either take the Aerobus shuttle to Plaza Catalunya, or RENFE train to Sants Estació or Passeig de Gracia. All of these stations are serviced by metro. To reach the apartments, take metro Line 4 to Bogatell or Line 1 to Marina. The apartments lie within walking distance.|

All apartments have a large terrace, air-conditioning and central heating, are completely furnished, and have been recently renovated. ||The apartments for 6 people have: |3 bedrooms + 1 fully equipped kitchen + 1 complete bathroom. |||The apartments for 8 people have:|3 bedrooms + living room + 1 fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. ||The apartments for 10 people have:|4 bedrooms + living room + 1 fully equipped kitchen + 2 complete bathrooms. |

At check-in, there will be a deposit charge, which will be refunded to client's credit card or bank account after verifying the apartment's condition. Pick up keys process: The keys to the apartment, together with a map of how to arrive, and a map of Barcelona, are delivered at the Barcelona Boutique Hotel, located at Pau Claris street, 145, ent 1. It is open 24 hours.
