This apartment complex, built in 1970 and renovated in 1999, has 5 floors and a total of 70 apartments, of which 52 are one bedroom apartments and 18 are two bedroom apartments, most of them with terraces. Facilities include a 24-hour reception with a currency exchange, a safe and a lift.

The comfortable apartments have one or two bedrooms with an en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a safe (charges apply). central heating and air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen comes with a fridge, two electric hobs, a microwave, a toaster. Most of the apartments feature a terrace. Maid service is once a week and linen as well as towels are changed twice a week.

The apartments do not include a bar, restaurant or swimming pool however guests may use all the services of their sister hotel, situated 10 metres away. These include a restaurant, a bar, rooftop outdoor swimming pool- heated during the winter months, a Jacuzzi, a gym and sauna (charges apply). An entertainment programme also takes place at Avenida hotel.
