 Apartments were very good, but did'nt have air-con, the food out the cafe was good, try the cheese burgers they were brilliant. Very quiet after midnight so kids could sleep if you get home early.

 good possition, but not if you have trouble walking as up hill, very clean, new kitchen, pool is small, but will definatly go again, as close to the beach.

 Great for price and location, beds were the most uncomfortable ive ever slept on! could do with upgrading rooms interior etc.
 

Hotel description

This apartment, with a welcoming and family friendly atmosphere, has 11 floors and a total of 42 two bedroom apartments. It has a lobby with 2 lifts, a reception area open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm (advise if arrival is outside these times) and a porter is on site 24 hrs a day. It offers an interior snack bar and also a pool bar open during the summer months, a mini market to do the daily shopping and a games room with an Internet access point (local charge). At the top floor, there are washing machines (coins operated) for clients use. For those arriving by car there is a car park free of charge (but limited availability).

Emplacement

The Apartments are situated in Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 400 away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest golf course is 3 kms away. The property is situated on a hill so it may not be suitable for the less mobile.

All the apartments have a balcony and are suitable up to 6 persons, all coming with two double bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All of them come equipped will bathroom, equipped kitchen with electric cooking rings, fridge, coffee maker and toaster as well as all basic cooking utensils ready to cook during your stay. Also there is a sofa bed for 2 on the living room and a TV with some international channels (coins operated).
 Sports/Entertainment
The complex offers a small freeform swimming pool with a children's section, free sun beds and parasols for the clients' use. There is also a pool bar with TV serving snacks where you can enjoy or simply relax.
 Observations
A refundable breakage deposit will be required upon arrival.
