 hotel was clean and reception staff helpful. bar area and reception newly renovated and very nice.  food was of basic school canteen level, not impressive .  all atrations are easily reahed by good value taxi servie.

 not happy with the booking, online you offered a choice of 2 with this hotel same cost, terrace and halfboard or room with no terrace and full board. I chose the terrace and half board. When I arrived was given a terrible room with one window over looking the side of a major stair well and nothing else. I complained as per my booking and was told you are wrong and that no single rooms have terraces, very dissapointed. after complaining I was moved part way through holiday to a better room but still without a balcony!! Your internett site needs updating, very dissapointed with you over this.

 Patricia the receptionist was fantastic... very welcoming/friendly. Lovely nature and extrememly professional.

The hotel was built in 197 and completely renovated in 1992. The hotel provides guests with a total of 165 guestrooms spread over 11 floors of which 14 are single rooms and 151 are doubles. Guests are offered a stylish lobby with 2 lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk and a 24-hour reception. There is also a games room, a TV room, a newspaper stand, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for request. Guests may also take advantage of the public Internet terminal, a kids' club and a secure bicycle storage facility. Guests also have the opportunity to take advantage of the laundry services, and there is also a doctor on call. Car parking facilities are available for those arriving by car.
