 Reception staff not very informative. Only because we had stayed before did we know the food times etc and check out luggage rooms. None of this information was freely given by the reception.

 This hotel was not good value for money, the beds were small, the television was too small and without remote control,there was only one channel in english,it was cold at night and when we asked if the heating could be turned on - it was refused, the staff were not pollite adn rather stern.
