I was impressed by the helpful staff and by the warm welcome they gave to one who does not speak their language. Like everyone else I was impressed by the guggenheim. But Bilbao is an interesting town to walk in and the food is frankly superb

This hotel is spread over 6 floors and comprises 184 rooms, of which 8 are single rooms.
