 Reception staff very accommodating for me to move rooms.  only had my sheets changed once and that was due to me moving to another room. I moved rooms as the people next door were so noisy. Waking me up in the early hours, tv on so loud and basically shouting to each other (the walls were so thin). The room I was moved to had 4 children running up and down the room above me. Not so bad (due to being in bed) at night but at 6.30 am onwards until they went for breakfast at 8.30 am. not that good when trying to chill and have a sleep in on a much needed relaxing holiday  beah, shops 2hr trip to Barelona

 We stayed just out of season in October yet the hotel was busy with all facilities up and running, the hotel is large but has the space and surrounds to feel much smaller. Staying half-board both the breakfast and evening meal were good quality and plentiful.  The accomodation is split into two sections within a long block, smart renovated corridors and rooms then the decor changes halfway down the long corridor to outdated and sparce rooms. Unfortunately we were in the last room on the end of the block and the room was decidedly tired, a damp feel to the bedding and the bathroom was in need of redecorating. For the price paid it was just adequate but i would recommend anyone staying to check where in the complex they will be staying. Once out of the poor part the rest of the hotel was lovely, clean and tidy.

 The service for the optional paella night was first class. After requesting an upgrade to a gold room, the cleanliness and noise problems improved dramatically.  The first (silver) room that we were shown was noisy, badly finished, and the response of the reception staff left a lot to be desired.

Built beside a main road, this hotel was first built in 1971 and completely renovated in 2003. It has 4 buildings with 734 rooms. Guests are offered a pool and garden area and the hotel's considerable lobby includes lift access and a 24-hour reception. Additional facilities include a games room, a TV room, a shop, a small supermarket, a café, a cosy bar, a nightclub and a restaurant. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the public Internet terminal. Room and laundry services are at guests' disposal and there is a doctor on call with a supplement. Furthermore, the hotel provides the use of a bicycle storage facility, a bike hire service as well as a kids' club and a children's playground.

This modern hotel is located in the tourist centre of Lloret de Mar. The nearest beautiful stretch of sandy beach is Lloret, with its lively promenade. It lies just 500 m from the hotel while Fanals' beach. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity and the nearest bus stop is only 400 metres from the hotel.

All the Gold rooms are sound proof and include a balcony, a hairdryer, background music, a telephone, satellite TV, a minibar, Internet access, a safe and air conditioning. The junior suite family rooms include all the necessary comforts and peace for families. The children's beds are stored behind a wall, so the rooms can also be used for 2 persons. The adult rooms feature a separating sliding door and curtains for a private atmosphere. All the Silver Communicated rooms have a balcony, a bathroom, a telephone, satellite TV and a safe. The economic and double rooms are not renovated and have simple furnishings. The apartments are intended for between 2 and 4 people and come with 2 single beds, a living dining room with an American-style kitchen, fridge, folding couch bed, satellite TV, telephone, full bathroom and terrace or balcony.

In the hotel grounds, guests will find two pools, one of which is saltwater, as well as a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The hotel additionally offers an indoor pool, its own gym as well as a spa area with a sauna, a solarium, a steam room and professional massage service.
