This residential complex, consisting of 5 apartment blocks, is located between street Viladomat and Murillo, around 600 metres away from the beach and the marine promenade, near the tourist district and commercial area. It has a communal swimming pool for adults and children inside the enclosure with an ample landscaped area with. It is also possible to take advantage of the garage within the building (fees apply).

The apartments for 4-6 persons come with 2 double bedrooms, a dining room with a double sofa bed as well as a complete bathroom. Further facilities include a TV, individual air conditioning and a spacious terrace. All apartments include soundproof windows from the firm Climalit. The kitchens include a washing machine, a cooker with ceramic hobs, an oven and an exhaust hood. Bed linen is provided although bath towels are not provided.
