The apartments, all with a terrace facing south, have one bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped bathroom, living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and TV (local charge and on request). They also come with a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, washing machine and utensils.

Observations
The keys are to be collected from the office of Espatur in Xeraco, Avda. Borrons 44. The collection hours in summer are from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday; and in winter are from 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday in the morning. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for the good use of facilities.
