the reception staff are friendlys bar and resturant are very unhappy atomesphere, decoration are like rundown hospital, hallways dark and dirty carpets ,dinner food no taste you have to look for cuterelys and the staff are angry faces and we have to pay for a bottle of water with our dinner which we couildnt eat irst and last, I trevall a lot but I have never seen a 4star like this I do not know how and who is rated 4star.

We had a very large corner suite with balcony all around it. The hotel staff were friendly and could speak English a bit. There was a sewer smell in the halls and we were told it was caused by the airconditioning. It was not in the suite though. Elevators were miniscule. Dont eat the food there, best to eat out.The hotel is not anywhere near the beach, you need a car.

nothing positive to say. not close to the beach, not close to any shops, and not close to any nice resturants. the staff speak very little english, and just cannot be bothered trying to explain anything. i was enquiring about the water park and they did not have much information considering it was other guests had told us about it and it was ony a five min drive away. the breakfast was disgusting and so was the dinning area. this should def not be a four star hotel. more like a two star. my two year old niece was hungry in the hotel room but there was no toaster or kettle to make her anything. really nothing to do at this hotel, you annot even sit in your room as the tv is totally spanish.
