would need a lift for anyone in a wheelchair or anyone with a pushchair to get to the restaurat and pool side

check in was a nightmare. reception staff kept telling us to come back in another hour, then another hour and another - because our room wasnt ready. we tried the other receptionist and he checked us in straight away. air conditioning wasnt working in our room but got fixed few hours after our request. patio door leading to the balcony didn't lock, however an eagle-eyed chambermaid reported it to passing handymen and it got fixed on day 5 of our holiday. hotel has a policy of 'no reserving sunbeds with towels.' however, by 10am each morning, 95ò0of beds were indeed reserved. I do not believe this is a 4* hotel and should've remained a 3* due to the decor of the bedrooms and dated bathroom. big cracks in the bath and holes in the bathroom walls. hotel is in nice area.

Built in 1968 and renovated in 1991, the hotel is located along a main road and consists of a 7-storey building with a total of 303 rooms of which 15 are singles and 288 are doubles. Guests may make use of the large garden as well as various other facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility and a lift. Furthermore, there are shops, a bar, a pub, a nightclub, a TV room and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. A conference room and public Internet terminal feature within the hotel and those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park and garage. Finally there is a kids club and a playground for younger guests as well as laundry services and medical assistance to round off the offers.
