Built in 1985 and renovated in 2003, the complex comprises a total of 87 apartments spread over 7 floors. Various facilities are available to guests including a foyer with a reception desk (open 9:00-13:30 and 16:30 - 20:30) and a bar. Moreover, there is a restaurant. In addition, the complex offers use of a public Internet terminal.

This apartment complex is situated in the leisure district of Amadores (Puerto Rico) in close proximity (about 50 m ) to the inviting sandy beach and the turquoise-blue sea.
