This complex was built in 1986 and completely renovated in 2003. It comprises a total of 128 apartments spread over 4 floors. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 2 lifts, a small supermarket/ gift shop, a TV room, a café, a bar and a restaurant with a non-smoking area.
