Having stayed there before it was nice to go back and be treated very well by the staff. Rooms very hot in the height of the summer season, also not having a bed just a sofabed.

Be warned if you want a 'quiet' break... dont stop at the Carmen - it was incredibly noisy at night - people out on the balconies till the early hours and on the balconies when they came in at 6am! The pool is lovely and the rooms a good size - so for a cheap break its def good value for money!However - why do they only give you one key when there are 2 of you!

Excellent value, excellent location, excellent room - what more could you want from a hotel?

Hotel description

The family-run hotel includes, apart from the heated swimming pool (open in the winter), an attractive garden and a big sun terrace with sun loungers and mattresses as well as parasols free of charge. In the coffee bar at the pool guests are offered cappuccinos and light snacks. The newly decorated lounge has two modern Internet terminals and comfortable seats around the bar. The reception is open 24 hours and the staff are multilingual (English, German, etc.). There is also a laundry service and/or coin-operated laundrette. Parking places are at guests disposal free of charge.

The centre of Playa del Inglés is around a 10-minute walk away, where guests will find the beach with many kilometres of sand and a large pedestrian promenade with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. Just beside the hotel is the little shopping centre, La Sandia, with supermarkets, bars, coffee bars and restaurants. The hotel is close to the Jumbo Centrum and 15 minutes away from the Kasbah and Cita Shopping Centres. Guests will feel right at home in the hotel. There are also bus stops next to the hotel enabling easy transfer.
