 Clean and Tidy pool area and Accom clean too. Would have been a bonus if they had pool side bar....Would recommend...clean

 Nice hotel, but the night we arrived, they had no idea of our booking. we had booked a bungalow for 4 people. they put us in a room for 2 people on the first night. the next day they received our booking and then got our bungalow sorted! wasnt really good enough, seeing as we were only staying 5 nights. apart from the bad start had a very nice stay and the hotel staff were very nice.

The complex is located just 1 km from \"Playa del Inglés\" beach and is renowned for its beautiful gardens. \"Gran Chaparral\" lies within a stone's throw of the hotel and offers a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The nearest sandy beach is 1.5 km away.

The bungalows have 2 floors and have been built in a Spanish colonial style. They come with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, satellite/ cable TV, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The studios include a living/sleeping area with 2 beds, as well as an integrated kitchen. There is a sofa and a TV in the living area and they also include a balcony.
 Sports/Entertainment
There is a pool and a children's paddling area outside. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use on the beach (fees apply). It is possible to play tennis and the nearest golf course is 2.5 km away.
