The 34 apartments and 36 studios were renovated in the winter season of 2006. At the 24-hour reception in the lobby, guests are able to change their currency, hire cars, order a taxi and get information about the area. The air-conditioned hotel facilities include a bright buffet restaurant, a café and a TV room with satellite TV. For an additional fee, guests are able to use the laundry service and the bike rental service as well as the playground.

There are studios and apartments. The 2 bedroom apartments consist of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom. All the accommodation includes a sofa bed, bathroom with shower, a hairdryer, a small kitchen with a fridge, satellite TV, a telephone, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace. In addition, there is a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

There is a range of water sports on offer close to the apartments. These include water skiing, sailing, windsurfing, speed boating and more. The complex itself includes a gym and a sports court for tennis, volleyball and football. In addition, there are 2 large pools, of which one is for adults and the other for children. There is also a Jacuzzi and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Furthermore, the nearest golf course lies around 30 km away.
