Very good value for money, Position is central to bars restaurants and short walk to the beach Alot of steps if you are in the far end of the apartments. A request of lower floor might prevent this. Loal shop for everything like igarettes alohol water bread and milk. Esentials basialy

This complex comprises a main building and an annexe block, each with 2 floors, offering a total of 136 apartments. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lounge for late check-out, a cloakroom, a currency exchange facility and a safe in addition to a large supermarket, a bar and a bicycle hire service. There are parking spaces for those arriving by car.

Situated close to the centre of the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen, this complex lies just 250 m from the nearest pebble/ sand beach. The apartments are ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday just a short distance from all of the complex's offerings. Links to the transport network as well as to the tourist centre with its many shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are within walking distance of the complex and it is 8 km to the airport.

Many of the bright, comfortable, stylish apartments afford views out over the sea or pool. Each comes with a bathroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, 1 or 2 bedrooms (for up to 3 or 5 persons respectively) and a kitchenette with 2 hot plates, a microwave or oven, an electric kettle, a toaster and a fridge. A direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, background music, a hire safe, ironing equipment and a balcony or terrace also feature as standard. The apartments are cleaning 5 times a week, towels are changed thrice a week, the bed linen twice weekly.
