 the hotel was in our favourite district of Madrid and near some fantastic bars and restaurants, but not so near that there was any noise disturbance at night. We had a great room, with balconies at each window, and a small separate sitting area with its own TV. The bed was huge and comfortable and overall this was the best value for money that we've had in our regular trips to Madrid. We'd definitely recommend it and we'll stay there again.
 

Hotel description

Built in the year 1882 and renovated in 2005, this hotel is fully air-conditioned and comprises a total of 40 rooms spread over 4 floors. Occupying a listed building, the hotels facilities include a 24-hour lobby area, a safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts, a hairdresser's salon, lounges, a garage and a car park. Dining options include a café, a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. It is also possible to make use of the in-house laundry, room and medical services as well as the public Internet terminal (WLAN).
