This hotel comprises a main building as well as a 6-storey annexe block, both of which underwent renovation work in 2005. A total of 75 rooms are on offer to guests and facilities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and a lift, as well as a pleasant café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned restaurant. It is possible to make use of the public Internet terminal and WLAN access point and there are several conference rooms for business guests. Room, laundry and medical services are available and those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park.

This attractive city hotel is located in the business district of Madrid within a short distance of countless shopping venues and restaurants. A selection of nightclubs are located only 150 m from the hotel and links to the public transport network lie 50 m away and can easily be reached on foot. There is a bus station 4 km away and the train station lies some 2 km from the hotel. Madrid airport is situated roughly 15 km away.

With the underground: Line 4 (brown), Serrano train station. The stop is only 80 m from the hotel on the same street. With the bus: Line 74 (Gran Via), Line 51 (Puerta del Sol), Line 19 (Embajadores), Line 1 (Princesa). By car: from the airport take the N-II towards the city centre. Take the Avenida de America to Maria Molina and turn left into Lopez de Hoyes, driving a further 150 m to Calle Serrano. Turn onto Calle Serrano and the hotel is located on the left-hand side of the street.
