The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is not luxurious, but everything was clean and functional - good shower and air conditioning. The location is very central - the ideal base from which to explore the city! No complaints at all.

We were given a room on the first floor however, we asked to move rooms after the first night. It was quite noisy due to the noise from the road and the people in the rooms above, and we were directly above a bar. We moved to the seventh floor (top floor), which was a lot better, although we had to keep the bathroom door shut during the night due to the sound of the gargling drains! Please don't let this put you off the hotel though. It was in a great location, right in the centre of town, and was in walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. It was ideal for our short stay.
 

Renovated in 2007, this city hotel is functional and comfortable and comprises a total of 35 rooms. It is ideal for those travelling for pleasure or business. Facilities include: 24-hour reception, concierge, lift access, laundry and room services, as well as parking.

It is located in the heart of the entertainment and shopping area, and is near to the main museums and historical buildings such as the Palacio Real, the Almudena Cathedral and other places of interest.

Take the M-30 motorway in the direction of the city centre. The hotel is very near to the Gran Vía and the Callao metro stop (line 5).
