I was not satisfied with the fact that when I ordered food from the poolside bar almost everything was NOT available. For example on 2 consecutive days my daughter order pasta and NONE of the 6 pasta dishes was available. I wanted to order fried fish and waitress came back to say not available then I ordered pork steak, again waitress came back and said not possible and then I had to order an escalope I didn't really want. I think the staff should be informed of what is available and I was very angry that the staff seemed to think this was OK. If I had known then I would have gone to a restaurant in Cala D'Or instead and not wasted my time reodering food which then took ages to come!!!!The entertainment in the evenings was very good but I thought it was a shame that on Sunday night (the final of the football) the group played Grease Lightning to an audience of 10 people. I felt very sorry for all the hard work they put in. Maybe it should have been cancelled and rather Bingo or other games instead.
 

The hotel complex includes 4 buildings, each with 3 floors and a total of 82 rooms, of which 16 are singles, 63 are doubles and 3 are suites. The whole complex was completely renovated in 2003. All of the hotel's rooms are air-conditioned. Guests are offered use of a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange facility as well as a lift. A bar, a restaurant with a non-smoking area, a café are to be found within the hotel. Car parking facilities are also available as well as a bicycle storage facility.

  This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Cala d'Or, around 1 km from the centre, with it's numerous offers of shopping and entertainment venues. The popular bathing bays of Cala Serena and Cala Ferrera are only around 350 m away and public transport departs from a stop just 100 m from the hotel.

In the 200 m² grounds, guests are offered a swimming pool and a pool snack bar. In addition, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols are also available in the grounds. Guests may also make use of the hotel's indoor heated swimming pool, which is open from October to May. In a separate building in the complex, guests will find a gym with a sauna (additional fees apply). In addition, guests may choose from table tennis and beach volleyball for entertainment (all included in price). Furthermore, the hotel offers guests the opportunity to take a diving course (for an additional fee). The nearest golf course is 7.5 km away.
