 It was probably the best hotel in the resort.  Superior room was no better than any room in any other hotel. Food was always cold and in slow supply people had to stand in line with a plate for1520 minutes waiting for replenishments, alough there were plate warmers they were not swiched on or used, in the 11 days we were there the pool was not cleaned once, merely skimmed for 2 minutes with a net to remove debris, there was a bottle top on the bottom of the pool for 5 days.

 Rooms already looked dated even though renovated in 2006. Lack of choice for breakfast and most hot food was cold and unappetising. Also, why bother with tinned fruit in summer in Mallorca? Very hard beds, poor air conditioning, small pool. Expensive compared to other 4* places in Mallorca but probably best in the S'Illot area. Would not recommend.

Emplacement

This attractive hotel is situated on the edge of S'lllot, opposite the sea and nestled between two paradisiacal beaches. Sa Coma beach lies on one side of the hotel (250 m away down a footpath) and consists of some of the finest and whitest sand on the island, whilst S'lllot beach is also only a matter of metres from the hotel.
