Hotel was bright and welcoming. Front staff very helpfull. Usual problems with towels on sun beds that are not used all day was very annoying. Breakfast and lunch is very good only criticism you need to have lunch early as dishes are not replenished.On the whole a very enjoyable place to say - peaceful and very restful.

This hotel has fantastic views over the bay of Palma. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent. This was our second visit and it will not be our last!

The only negative aspect was a very surly male receptionist who checked us in. Lacked any welcome, did not smile or even look directly at us and when we greeted him on other occassions during our stay hardly event responded.

This enchanting hotel was built in 1971 and renovated in the year 2000. It consists of a total of 159 rooms of which 148 are doubles and 11 are suites. The hotel is furnished in a traditional Mediterranean style and has a pleasant lobby, a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, 3 lifts, a café, a bar and a nightclub. In addition the facility is equipped with a TV room, a conference room, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and children's highchairs, Internet access, bicycle storage facility, car parking facilities and a garage. A laundry and medical assistance as well as a children's playground and a kids' club are also available.
