Reception forgot to take our keys when taking us to the room. We were attending a wedding and after getting changed we left for the ceremony. We asked a total of 8 staff members where the ceremony was and got told 3 different places, none of which being correct. We only found it because we ran into the photographer. Then after the reception we went back to our room at night to find the travel cot provided was woefully unsafe and wobbled through at least 6inches; and the air conditioning wasnt working so we had to sleep in a stuffy room with a baby. This is utterly unacceptable for the high price we paid for the hotel. I complained to reception when we left and the girl was not particularly interested. We will not be recommending it to anyone There are many lovely rural fun hotels within 10-20min drive from here - definitely go to those instead.

Hotel description

Built beside a main road, this hotel was first built in 1966 and completely renovated in 2001. Spread over 3 floors are 137 rooms, of which 4 are single, 92 are double and 28 are suites. Guests are offered a large, peaceful garden and pool area, a stylish lobby with 2 lifts, and a reception that is open to guests around the clock with a safe and a currency exchange desk. Furthermore, the hotel has a café, a cosy bar and a delightful air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area and highchairs for infants. A conference rooms and Internet access are available for guests travelling on business. Room and laundry services are also available, and there is a doctor on call. The hotel has its own on-site car parking facilities.
