The staff were very friendly and professional upon arrival. We were given all relevant information about the hotel and costs were given up-front. the rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Free internet in the room and pay TV. Loved this hotel. It was easy to get to. We arrived at the train station and could get a bus to the end of the mall. the hotel was situated one street bak from the mall so there were shops and a lot of eateries to hoose from. Close to the hop-on, hop-off tour bus stop, lose to Piasso Museum and other sites.

Just to confirm;There is no car parking, nearest public car parking 5 mins away and will cost you 23eu a night!Hotel is marketed as "High Tech", good idea, but decor/fittings not finished to high standard eg sink tap wont stay on because it fouls with shelf, shower unit fitted too high so unless you are 7ft tall the body jets hit you smack in the face.26 channels on the flat screen TV all Spanish (not even the hotel staple CNN available!).Breakfast buffet is kept minimal eg orange juice container has to tipped up to get out the dregs, after scaping out the last of the cold scramble egg, you then wait for the bacon tray to be topped up, by which time your toast has gone cold!!And again to confirm the hotel description, the balcony "view" is of the narrow Malaga streets"Would recommend good for Spanish businessman.
