The complex was built in 1987, renovated in 2004 and consists of 24 apartments spread over 2 floors. There is a lobby and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a café, a newspaper stand, a supermarket, a shop, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant (with highchairs for children), a conference room and a children's playground. There is a laundry service as well as a car park and a garage available for use. Children are supervised and cared for in the kids' club and an attractive garden is on open for guests to relax in.

The comfortable apartments each have an en suite bathroom and are fitted with satellite/ cable TV, a food preparation area, a fridge, tiling, central heating and a lounge area. Apartments are cleaning after they have been vacated by the guests.
