Built in 1908 in neo-classical style, the hotel was opened in 1990 and renovated in 1998. It features 6 floors with 65 rooms altogether, of which 7 are single rooms and 58 are double rooms. The building includes an air-conditioned lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe and lift as well as a café, Txokito Gastronómico bar, a breakfast room and a TV room.
