 Friendly helpful staff at reception and in breakfast room. Rooms were well serviced.  Very poor facilities for a four star hotel, very disappointing. I have stayed at numerous 3, 4, 5, star hotels all over Spain and this was the poorest in terms of basic facilities. No robes, no drink making facilities and poor quality toiletries. I would not expect a 4 star hotel to have a squeezy bottle on the wall of the shower. In addition I particularly chose this hotel as there were few bedrooms as I do not enjoy "high rise" living. There was no mention of the fact that the first 5 6 floors were appartments,so we were very high up! A couple of other guests were both surprised and dismayed. I would sadly not recommend your hotel to anyone.  Whole of San Sebastian to explore, delightful. Will return but not to this hotel.
