Renovated in 2003, this 4-storey air-conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 104 rooms of which two are suites. Facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception, lifts, a currency exchange counter, a cloakroom service and safes. Dining options include a bar serving snacks and drinks and a restaurant, which offers guests a range of specialities. This hotel is located in Seville, about 500 m from a range of restaurants and bars, and 7 km from the city centre. There is a public transport stop around 100 m away.

From Cádiz by the AP-4, pass the km 552 and take the exit 549 (Polígono Industrial Ctra. Isla Bellavista). Take the exit on your right in the roundabout to Bellavista. Go straight on until the 3rd roundabout where you have to take direction Sevilla N-IV. After the bridge you will join the Avda. Bellavista and 150m ahead you'lll find the Hotel on your right, just in front of the Hospital Valme. ||From Madrid - Córdoba (N-VI) or Málaga (A-92), join the SE-30 towards Cádiz. Once there take exit nº 8 (Sevilla-Bellavista-Dos Hermanas) and go to Bellavista-Dos Hermanas. Join the Av. Jerez. You'll find 2 roundabouts. You must go straight on in both of them. 300 m. ahead the 2nd one you'll find the Hospital Valme. The Hotel is right in front of it. Pass over the Hospital and take the 1st exit on your right. Just 50m after the hospital you'll find a sing that says \"Ctra Isla-Cambio Sentido\". Take direction Sevilla over the bridge and join the Avda. Bellavista. The Hotel is just 150m ahead on your right. |||From Huelva - Extremadura (N-431), join the SE-30 direction Cádiz. Take the exit 9-B (Bellavista-Dos Hermanas) following that direction. You'll join the Avda. Jerez. Follow the intructions described above.
