 Good price for what you got.  Security was not great. There was trouble between people in a room next door which resulted in a door being smashed and the individuals involved were not thrown out. A lot of noise.  good pubs lubs

 Tuvimos p0roblemas a la llegada, nos habiamos equivocado de fechas, Ricardo fue nuestra salvacion, nos soluciono el problema y no bastando eso, nos ayudo a prolongar mas tiempo. Muchas gracias
 

Hotel description

Renovated in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, bar-café, TV room, laundry service (fees apply) and car park spaces. In summer and high season, due to the hotel's proximity to nightspots (bars, pubs, discos, etc.), the complex is recommended for young guests and not for families.

Emplacement

This apartment complex is located near to the centre of the leisure district of Playa de las Américas, only 400m from the beach and 100m from the bus station. Tenerife South Airport is only around 18km away.

The welcoming apartments have a bedroom with twin beds and a living room with a sofa-bed. They also feature a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. There is a safe and a satellite TV, both for an additional fee.
 Sports/Entertainment
There is an outdoor swimming pool, heated during the winter season. It is also possible to play tennis and mini golf (both for a fee).
 Observations
During high season the complex will charge a deposit of around 30 Euros per person at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out once the client's apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right to not return this deposit if clients continually cause noise and disturbance to other guests. There may be many young clients staying at this complex during the high season and therefore older clients as well as families may not feel comfortable here. An additional deposit of around 20 Euros is payable before the telephone line is opened. These deposit charges may change at the discretion of the complex.
