this was our third visit in six months we have stayed at laguna park 11 our first two visits were extremley enjoyable unfortunetly our third was not so nice we were moved from our first apartment at a cost of 70 euro extra we then were woken at 3 am by cockroaches skurrying around the bathroom we asked for the room to be fumigated next day and this was not done and the guy on reception thought it great fun that my wife was scared out of her wits by the cockroaches (arogant spanish pig)THERFORE THE THIRD VISIT WAS NOT SO LUCKY
 

This complex comprises a total of 376 apartments spread over 2 floors. Guests are offered a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk, a café and a lift.   This complex is located on a steep slope in Playa de las Americas, close to the water park. Guests may pay a visit to the beach that lies just 20 minutes from the hotel. The centre with an array of shopping venues, bars, pubs, nightclubs and restaurants is approximately 700 metres from the complex. Numerous sports options may be enjoyed in the immediate vicinity. The nearest nightclub is about 1 km away.

The functional apartments are fitted with a bathroom, an integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, a balcony and for hire a safe and a satellite tv.
 Sports/Entertainment
The hotel has a saltwater pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. In addition, guests may take advantage of the offers of the hotel table tennis, squash courts, basketball court, beach volleyball facilities, billiards/ snooker table, bocce and minigolf. The nearest golf course is 2 km away.
 Observations
The hotel has a very steep slope between the pool area and the reception area and guests with walking problems will have difficulty moving around the complex. In high season, the complex may have a large number of young guests. On arrival a deposit can be asked on reception, which will be returned the departure day.
