The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. There are 240 apartments/studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a 24hs-reception desk, a lounge, a bar/café, 3 lift, a games room, a conference room and a buffet restaurant. The welcoming studios include an integrated living room/ bedroom, a hire safe, a direct dial telephone, a kitchenette with a fridge and a microwave, a satellite tv, a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer. Guests can have a microwave and the remote control leaving a deposit. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.
