The apartment complex was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2004. There are 240 apartments/studios in total over 5 floors. The complex offers guests a lobby with a 24hs-reception desk, a lounge, a bar/café, 3 lift, a games room, a conference room and a buffet restaurant.
