 The venue couldbe great with a little tlc but is in a bad state of repair. The size of the rooms and the layout of the pools is excellent, but the cleanliness and disrepair are awful. Had we not paid such a good rate we would have been complaining. However it was jsut about value for money. The residential apartments with rowdy teenagers living there and partying are very intimidating though. Great potential as a hotel if the management gave it a little bit of investment. We had a nice holiday though.
 

Hotel description

The complex offers a total 147 apartments as well as 24-hours reception with a public Internet terminal and currency exchange desk. There is a launderette with an additional charge and a small car park area outside the hotel.

Emplacement

This apartment complex lies some 150m from the sea and just 1km from shopping venues, leisure facilities, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. It is well situated for access to the public transport network with links located just 200m away. Las Galletas with its old town centre and small sandy beach is the nearest town. Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are around 20 minutes by car. Tenerife South Airport is roughly 10km away.
