 Although the hotel was clean there are not enough staff. The same staff work long hours in the restaurant and bar and there was only ever 1 member of staff on duty in the bar even though it was often very busy. Queueing for service was therefore the norm. Despite the fact that we enjoyed our stay, there was no hot water for the last 2 days as the boiler had broken and a replacement part had to be sent from Spain. This was not repaired before we left and washing/showering in cold water for two days is unacceptable, especially for those holidaymakers with families.

Built in 1970 and renovated in 2008, the hotel is situated amidst 35,000 m² of gardens. A total of 128 apartments are available on 2 floors. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and a TV room. The hotel offers its own international buffet restaurant. Guests may also take advantage of the laundry service.

Located at the south of Tenerife, at 12 km from Playa de Las Américas (a bus stop only 500 m), this hotel is built in the middle of a volcanic landscape near Las Galletas, profiting from the sunniest area of the island where tropical vegetation and desert landscapes marry.
