 Lovely hotel, quiet and clean. Howvere signage to get to reception is not clear, as there is a sign on one road stating that it was the Zentrum centre but no access to reception was there.After a long journey, walking about in circles for 20 minutes or so until the security staff found us and directed us to the reception desk was not what we wanted.The room size is very generous, but certainly on the floor we stayed on (5th) I wouldn't recommend at all for parents with children as the rooms have a lowish bar at the windows but certainly not much to stop a child going over it - ie kneeling on a chair would probably be sufficient to toppple over it.

This hotel opened in 2003 and comprises a 7-storey main building, featuring a total of 208 rooms, including 16 suites. Facilities include a welcoming and elegant foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a lobby, a safe and a lift in addition to a cloakroom, a currency exchange desk, a WLAN access point and a public Internet terminal. There is a hairdresser's salon (shopping centre), as well as excellently equipped conference rooms, cinemas, a small supermarket and a selection of shops. Dining options include a bar and an exquisite buffet restaurant. Guests can make use of medical assistance and laundry services (fees apply to both services).

This hotel is located on the south coast of Tenerife, and is at the heart of the popular tourist resort of Playa de las Americas. It is just a-5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach as well as to the resort centre, where guests will discover a range of shopping and entertainment venues.
