The resort has what is possibly the most extensive garden area of all the hotels on Tenerife. Every week a guided tour is given to explain the rich botanical details to the guests. The resort has one zone completely renovated during 2006, and the other blocks were renovated during 1995. There are a total of 277 rooms, 80 of them being apartments. Available to guests are the gardens and sun terrace, reception 24hrs, money exchange service, lift, TV room, games room, hairdressers, cafeteria, kiosk, 2 bars, poolside snack bar/grill, air-conditioned restaurant with high chairs, laundry service and wifi internet connection (extra charge). As annex to the hotel is the Villa - an old Canarian house completely resorted in typical style and decor, and comprising 10 double rooms and 2 Junior Suites. There are exclusive services available to the guests in this zone.

The rooms have an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, direct line telephone, Satellite TV, individual air-conditioning, hire safe, a small fridge and balcony or terrace. The apartments also include a kitchenette. The double rooms and junior suites situated in the Villa offer typical Canarian decoration, and include bathrobes, fruit and other attentions, The junior suites also offer a lounge area. The rooms adapted for disabled clients have roll-in showers.|
Sports/Entertainment
Clients can enjoy the attractive sun terrace area with 2 swimming pools (heated in Winter), snack bar, sun loungers and umbrellas. Also available is tennis, table tennis, volleyball, billiards, petanca, minigolf and badminton. A massage service is also available(extra charge). There is a full entertainment programme including shows and live music; and for children 4 to 12 years, there is the Mini Club. Some installations carry an additional charge. |For clients booked in the Villa, there are private gardens and a private swimming pool with exclusive use only for Villa guests. Also available in this area is a jacuzzi, gym and sauna - all free to Villa guests.
Observations
Clients booked into the Villa zone may use the exclusive Villa zone services as well as all other services of the hotel. Some garden areas are not accessible for clients in wheelchairs.
