 Pleasant hotel in quiet location. About 20 minute walk to centre but bus stop just accross the road with a bus every 30 minutes. Rooms at the front are better than those at the back which are a bit dark.
 

Hotel description

Built in the year 2000 on the foundations of a 16th century house and according to the original building plans following an archaeological study, this hotel was later renovated in 2003 and comprises a 3-storey building with a total of 25 rooms of which 2 are single rooms, 22 are double rooms and 1 is a suite. Facilities on offer include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk and a lift. There is also a bar, a TV room, conference facilities and Internet access on offer to guests. There is a garage and a car park for those arriving by car and laundry and medical services as well as a lounge with an open fireplace round off the facilities on offer.

This appealing hotel is located in the historical centre of the town, on the outskirts of the old town. The hotel's wonderful location close to the gardens of El Trásito and the Jewish quarter and breathtaking views out over the valley and the Río Tajo make it the ideal stopover point in Toledo (the most important World Heritage Site of Castilian La Mancha - a town with many different sights worth seeing). It is known as the town of three cultures as Christians, Jews and Muslims have lived alongside one another here for centuries. The nearest restaurants are about 1 km away and there are shopping venues to be found about 1.5 km from the hotel.
