 1. Hotel receives school groups who were very loud till early hours of the morning! Unaccepatable!2. Transport in Valencia is considered poor compared to other big cities!! it would be a if the hotel would at least provide a shuttle service to the metro in Eliana which is only 10 min drive but for people who don't drive its a very long walk.3. Some sort of entertainment in the hotel would also be a since one has to return early due to poor transport .If it were not for these hitches I would easily recommend this hotel to friends!As for Valencia in general there is a language problem!! very few people speak English though they still try to explain to you in their language.. Pity!! we were surprised as even in the train station you could not find anyone speaking English!!
